In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the basics on how the return of POGO Automatic products for a refund works.
Refunds are only available for purchased unopened POGO Automatic Blood Glucose Meters. The tamperproof seal on the POGO Automatic Blood Glucose Meter box must be intact for the meter to be refunded.

To qualify for a refund you must contact Intuity Medical Customer Support with your order number within fifteen (15) calendar days of your order.
Your POGO Automatic product needs to be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Support.
Refunds will include the purchase price and sales tax for qualified items, less a restocking fee of $10.
Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used during the purchase.
POGO Automatic Test Cartridges are considered medical supplies and therefore not eligible for return for a refund unless they are defective.
